1. Purpose of this site.
This website service is provided for parents and teachers of Pibos Garden Playschool, to provide resources for administration and communications.
Access to the website is by invitation only.
2. Provision and use of Email address.
In order to use this service, you need to supply a working email address which is our means of
communicating with you regarding website related matters. At all times, you have complete control
over the use of your email address, via the 'Preferences' page of the website.
3. Privacy Statement and Personal Information.
Some personally-identifiable information contained on this website may be of a personal nature, and we
strive to protect this through the following measures.
- The information will never give or sell your information to third parties.
- Authentication to the website is provided through your existing Windows Live, Gmail or Yahoo account. We do NOT have access to, or have the ability to capture or store your loging details or password.
- All child-related information is protected and not made available to the general public.
- User accounts are required to be approved by staff or are by Invitation only.
4. Authentication Providers. We use external providers (Microsoft, Google, Yahoo) to provide authentication to this website. In order to use this site we assume that you have an existing account with these providers, or are able to register a new account with them. We don't store your passwords on our site - we only use a token which is unique to our website, and matches to your profile information held with us. We also don't take any liability for the service of these systems in connection with our website.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The website is provided as-is, and you use it at your own risk. Pibos Garden Playschool will not be liable to you or any other party for loss or injury through direct, indirect, incidental, consequential special, punitive or similar damages arising out off your access or use of the website. You hereby waive any and all claims against Pibos Garden relating to your use of, or materials on, this website.
6. Changes to Site Terms of Use. Pibos Garden reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time. Pibos Garden will post notice of any changes amending these Terms of Use in a visible spot on the website. In consideration of your continued access to the Site, you will be asked to agree to the amended Terms of Use in the manner indicated in connection with the notice of change.
